PURPOSE
The Pregnancy & Family Care Center will support women and families who are experiencing challenging circumstances related to pregnancy and parenting. The program offers physical, emotional and spiritual support by providing for immediate needs while equipping clients and families with the knowledge and skills necessary to be a successful parent. The Center’s” Earn While You Learn” Program provides for the physical needs of the client including maternity clothes and baby care items such as clothing, diapers, bottles, formula, baby furniture and car seats. Parents earn points to exchange for these necessities by completing parenting and Bible study lessons which equip them with life-skills that will enable them to be confident and capable parents.
PARTNERING OPTIONS
- Partner financially a scholarship in your honor or in memory of a loved one that will enable THE GRACE PLACE, Inc., to meet the maternity needs of the client and family.
- Partner financially a scholarship in honor of a Church, Sunday School Class or a Church’s mission organization that will enable THE GRACE PLACE, Inc., to meet the maternity needs of the client and family.
- Partner financially a scholarship in honor of a civic organization in which you are a member that will enable THE GRACE PLACE, Inc., to meet the maternity needs of the client and family.
- Volunteer to work in The Pregnancy & Family Care Center, where you will conduct interviews, process applications, etc.
- Volunteer women are needed to be one-on-one mentors to the clients and their families.
- Volunteer men and women are needed to teach subjects at the facility on a once a week basis.
- Individually partner financially to help us purchase the supplies listed above.
